4 Month Check-up

Avery went to the doctor on Monday for her 4 month check up. The dr. said she is doing great! She weighs 16 lbs. 10 oz. & is 26 1/2 inches long. She is in the 95th percentile for both. BIG GIRL! We started her on rice cereal Monday night. She did great with the spoon & was trying to feed herself. More of the cereal got on her onesie than in her mouth but she did super for the first time! She was sitting in her Bumbo...loves it! We ordered her high chair today. :)

Avery Alyn is 4 Months Old!

On Saturday the 21st, Avery turned 4 months! We were at the Rodeo that day. She got to see Brooks & Dunn. :) She is still a very happy baby...smiling constantly, grabbing at our food, almost crawling, sitting in her Bumbo, sleeping well, etc. Aunt Misty made her onesie that she is wearing. It says "Cowgirls don't cry." So cute! The picture was taken at the end of the day...she's was a little tired!

My First Baseball Game!

Avery went to her first (college) baseball game on Saturday. The Corpus Christi Islanders were playing at Whataburger Field.

PawPaw & Grammy Came to Visit Me!

Last Thursday, Jake's parents came to visit Avery. They had not seen her in a few weeks so it was definitely time for a visit! She enjoyed hanging out with them. And, she had a great conversations with Paw Paw & Grammy before they left...so cute!
