A couple of weekends ago, we headed home for Rodeo Houston. We got to see Brooks & Dunn play for the last time. :( Avery enjoyed watching the Rodeo & looking at all of the animals or "puppies" as she calls all animals. Unfortunately, it was extremely cold, windy & rainy the day that we went so we didn't get to enjoy all of the fun things outside. We will be back next year! Here are a few shots of her telling people "bye bye" as the Rodeo ended.
May you have a world of wishes at your command, God and his angels close at hand, friends and family their love impart, and Irish blessings in you heart.
Avery & I headed north last week to visit family & friends since Jake is working in Roswell, NM for two weeks. As always, we had a blast & were sad to leave. This has been the longest that Jake has been away since Avery was born & she constantly says "Daddy?" anytime my phone rings or the doorbell rings. We look forward to him coming home either tomorrow or Sunday!
My cousin, Angie, offered to take some pictures of Avery while we were back home visiting last week. Look how cute they are! If you are in the Houston area & looking for a photographer, check out her site-www.angienphotography.com. I love, love how she captured so many of Avery's expressions. To view all of the photos, go to her site & click on 'Clients' then 'Sonsel'. The password is 'sonsel25'. Thank you Angie! We look forward to seeing you & the family again soon!
Avery had a great check up at the dr. last week. She weighs 23 lbs. 2 oz. (50th percentile) & is 32 1/4 inches long (90th percentile.) She's tall! Here are a few recent shots of Little A.
